Metaphor that best describe team blackout

The metaphor that best describe Blackout in 2019 is a beehive. We at Blackout work together to gather information about the citizens of the United States; by tapping into the publics different forms of communication. Leaving no rock unturned we bring the information back to the government; in many ways like bees in a beehive. Bees’ gather honey and return it to the beehive for the queen bee. We operated like a team. According to our book “Teams are groups of employees with representation from variety of functional areas within the organization to maximize the cross-functional exchange of information” (Eisenberg, 235); in Blackout we have four teams that comes together to form one organization.
